A tough order!!

Recently, a good customer of mine contacted me, wanting to know if I could create a flower for her. The inspiration? The Broadway play, Wicked, the song, Popular. I didn't figure that would be terribly difficult, but it WAS!!! There are simply NO decent photos of this flower ANYWHERE. I know, I searched for hours and days and days and hours. Seriously. This video is the best I could find, check it out and then see the photo I created from it. First time I've created a flower off of a video! I know the material isn't quite the same, but I thought it was fairly close!

Walk for Autism Awareness

Hey guys! Just wanted to pop in and let everyone know I've started a team for a very good cause! April is Autism Awareness month. My oldest kiddo has been diagnosed with Aspberger's, which falls under the same spectrum as Autism. In fact, next year, they are taking Aspberger's out of the books and just diagnosing as varying degrees of Autism.

April 21st, we are going to join a local Autism Center to raise money for the wonderful services they provide to our community, as well as raise awareness for the cause. Please join my team! If you don't want to walk with me, donations are still appreciated! Follow the link below to do either!

Some new outlets!

Good afternoon!!! I've been exploring the internet here and there, and yes, I am living under a rock. This is my first time on Pinterest! I've been trying to create some boards and see how I can use this to get some more attention out there in the world wide web! So, I've got three little boards started, I'll be working on more, but for now, I would be incredibly honored if you would follow me while I navigate my way around the site! Also, I have FINALLY gotten my website up and running, it's www.zoesboutique.weebly.com. Happy Wednesday!

The weather this week has been sooooo wonderful! All the pretty snow!!! We have all suffered the rounds of a fairly unpleasant stomach virus, but now that we are all on the mend, it's time to get down to business! I just got a huge shipment of petals, tulle, glue and flowers in! I am beyond ready to start creating again....ready to rock and roll yay!!!!

Starting to send in applications for this summer's festivals and markets, and I am soooo excited!!
